Architects is often deeply involved in the construction of our firm's
projects. Our design orientation is constantly informed by our hands-on
experience in construction and by our intimate understanding of construction
methods. Key people in the firm have come to the design profession
from a strong construction background, and we have built some of our
most successful projects with our own management and construction
skills and crews.
For special projects, we offer complete design and construction services, ensuring that the Owner's sensibilities and the design objectives are not compromised by the complexities of communication and the un-predictable nature of the construction trade. Other additional services are those not included in the scope of services as defined in the phases described above or in a contract for services. Those may include models, presentation drawings, extensive design services and details, representing the owner's interests in various forums, etc. |
