The owner may choose to have the architect provide support in administrating the construction of the project. This usually includes coordination and resolution of design issues and problems that arise during the process of construction. It may also include reviewing of shop drawings and samples, and helping to ensure that the quality and scope of the work coincide with the requirements of the Construction Documents.
